WEIMI · Managed equipment rental
Equestrian Gear Retail and Rental Locker Station
Plan separate purchase and rental paths for approved riding accessories using visible equipment bays and a central digital interface.
Request a project quotation ↗Equipment, configuration and branding reviewed around your project.

The equipment decision
A helmet requires more than size selection
Use the actual product instructions, fit process and inspection policy for any riding protection. Do not allow a digital rental choice to imply professional fitting or suitability. Assign responsibility for deciding when returned protective equipment is removed from service.
The equipment decision
Separate an owned purchase from a temporary loan
The interface should explain whether a selected item is sold or rented, the applicable terms and the expected return. Map each equipment identity to its assigned bay. Demonstrate issue and return with the proposed software.
From equipment idea to quotation
Prepare the brief for managed equipment rental
Use these inputs to request a reviewable proposal. They help connect the selected retail products or service with a specific machine, installation and operating scope.
- PROJECT INPUT 01
- Exact asset and collection-ready dimensions
- PROJECT INPUT 02
- Issue, timing and return rules
- PROJECT INPUT 03
- Inspection and cleaning turnaround
- PROJECT INPUT 04
- Identity, payment and customer assistance
Confirm the final machine dimensions, capacity or service configuration, electrical requirements and any required storage controls on the supplied drawing and written specification. Reference artwork and stocked product illustrations do not replace those documents.
A question about this configuration
Are all rental and payment functions included by default?
Read the configuration clarification
No. Rates, deposits, identification, returns and eligibility rules must be defined and demonstrated for the contracted system.
The equipment decision
Include cleaning and inspection in availability
A closed locker is not proof that returned gear is ready for the next user. Define the operator check before release, with records appropriate to the item. Build turnaround and damaged-equipment handling into the site's service plan.
Evidence before ordering
Define the event that makes a return complete
Select the exact assets and storage form, then demonstrate the requested identity, issue, timing and return sequence. A closed door, an accepted return and an inspected ready asset are different states. Agree what evidence the supplied system records, what staff check physically and how missing or damaged components are handled. Do not assume automatic recognition or charging from a visible locker.
The operating case
Budget for care between customers
Assign cleaning, inspection, maintenance and preparation before an asset becomes available again. Include unavailable stock, replacement parts, labour and customer assistance in the pilot estimate. Confirm rates, deposits, cancellation and late-return rules only where supported by the contracted software. Written handover and service terms should reflect the actual venue and the supplied assets.
