WEIMI solution resource
Resource & Download Center
Deployment knowledge center
A useful download is more than a PDF link: it must identify the machine, document type, language, revision and configuration it actually supports.
The WEIMI Resource & Download Center is designed to separate public sales and operating information from controlled installation, service and project documentation. Public resources will appear in the searchable library when the model, version, language and release status have been confirmed. If a document is not listed, request the current configuration-specific file instead of relying on an older copy.
Implementation layer
Browse by document purpose
Each resource category serves a different decision or operating task.
- Product brochures: portfolio positioning, application examples and high-level options
- User manuals: approved daily-use, replenishment, cleaning and basic operating instructions
- Quick-start guides: concise commissioning or operator handover sequences within their stated scope
- Installation and site-readiness guides: access, utilities, positioning and local installer inputs
- Software guides: approved interface, account, telemetry or workflow instructions for the stated platform version
- Technical documents: configuration-specific evidence supplied according to project and access requirements
Implementation layer
Match the exact machine before use
A similar cabinet name or photograph is not enough to establish document compatibility.
- Confirm model code and configured options
- Check document version, revision date and language
- Review applicable serial, controller, terminal or software range when stated
- Match destination voltage, product system and market configuration
- Use the current project drawing or quotation to resolve naming differences
- Stop and request confirmation if instructions conflict with the delivered machine
Implementation layer
Version control protects operators and technicians
A document remains useful only while its revision and distribution status are visible.
- Keep the file name, document title and revision aligned
- Show the revision date on the landing card and inside the document
- Archive superseded copies away from active operating folders
- Record local translations and do not silently change technical meaning
- Notify affected operators when a safety- or workflow-related revision is issued
- Keep a project document register for multi-site deployments
Implementation layer
Public and controlled resources serve different risks
Not every file should be exposed as an anonymous public download.
- Public: brochures, approved quick guides, general user information and planning checklists
- Project-controlled: configuration drawings, acceptance records and market-specific documentation
- Service-controlled: electrical, refrigeration, administrator or repair information for authorized competent people
- Credential-controlled: passwords, keys and production access instructions exchanged only through an approved secure process
- Customer-specific: branded artwork, commercial records and configuration files shared only with authorized project contacts
- The download center never requests identity documents, passwords or payment credentials
Implementation layer
Accessible and searchable document design
Important information should remain usable by people and understandable to search systems.
- Use selectable text rather than image-only scans wherever possible
- Provide logical headings, bookmarks, readable tables and meaningful link text
- Add alternative text to informative diagrams and mark decorative graphics appropriately
- Include title, subject, author, language and keyword metadata in the PDF
- Use descriptive filenames such as weimi-model-user-manual-en-v2-1.pdf
- Publish an HTML summary with compatibility, version and support context alongside the file
Implementation layer
Request a current or controlled document
When no public file matches, the project team needs enough information to identify the correct source.
- Machine model, serial or quotation reference if available
- Destination country and operating language
- Document type and the task you need to complete
- Installed payment, controller, temperature or delivery configuration
- Your role as buyer, operator, distributor, installer or service provider
- A business contact route—without passwords, identity documents or sensitive credentials

Manual and download FAQ
Why is a machine manual not publicly listed?+
The correct file may depend on configuration, destination, controller, software or access level. Requesting the project reference prevents an unsuitable document from being treated as current.
Can I use a manual from a visually similar model?+
Do not assume compatibility. Controls, electrical systems, payment, refrigeration, delivery mechanisms and service procedures may differ even when cabinets look similar.
How do I know whether a PDF is current?+
Check its document number, version, revision date and stated model range against the current download record or project document register.
Are electrical diagrams available as public downloads?+
Usually they should be supplied to authorized competent parties for the exact configuration. Access, safety and intellectual-property requirements are reviewed before release.
Can WEIMI provide another language?+
Available translations depend on the document and project. Technical translations should be reviewed so safety and operating meaning are not changed.
What if the manual conflicts with my machine?+
Stop the affected task, keep the machine in a safe state and contact the project support route with the model, configuration and conflicting document revision.
Request the right documents
Document requests work best with a configuration and a market
| Document group | Useful request details |
|---|---|
| Product information | Machine format, intended products and options you are comparing. |
| Technical and installation information | Selected configuration, destination, utilities and site constraints. |
| Integration information | Payment provider, protocol, software purpose and operational workflow. |
| Commercial and service information | Quantity, market, delivery scope and support arrangement to discuss. |

Describe the format and destination you are reviewing
Start with your installation country, location and intended products. Pack dimensions, a site photo and an estimated quantity help us discuss a practical configuration.
Early-stage enquiries are welcome. Configuration and local requirements are confirmed for each project.
